I have earned a PhD in Pastoral Counseling. I was one dissertation review shy of earning my PhD in Counseling Psychology at Walden University and God shifted my path. I earned my M.S. and B.S. in Psychology. I am an NCC (National Certified Counselor). I am also a CDA (Certified Chemical Dependency Associate) in New Jersey. I'm certified in Telehealth for mental health professionals. I have been a CRMT (Certified Reiki Master Teacher) since 2012. I have been an Interfaith Ordained Minister since 2018. I welcome all God based faiths.
Personally, I have had four NDE's (near death experiences) and transformed and healed myself from childhood victim of sexual abuse, from close family adults, to successful adult thriver and lover of GOD and life.
I opened Lotus Guidance & Consultations, LLC in 2014 offering holistic psychotherapy. Now, I have created and developed online courses, videos, create live and pre-recorded webinars, and conduct private consultation sessions via Zoom. I teach psychological concepts and methods, energy psychology, mind-body-spirit-heart holistic healing, empathic abilities, intuitive sensing and Reiki chakra cleansing.
Most of my patients have been Adult Female Survivors of Childhood Trauma who want to heal via God and Spirituality as I have. I offer telemedicine appointments for consultation sessions.

But if you do not know yourselves, you dwell in poverty and it is you who are that poverty”.

Psychotherapy vs. Consultation
Psychotherapy is engaging in processing feelings, thoughts and emotions with an experienced mental health professional who uses counseling and psychology methods which are evidence based. Consultations are NOT processing feelings, and emotions and NOT using evidence based methods and does not have to be guided by a mental health professional. IT IS teaching, advising, guiding using a person's extensive experience and expertise in a given field.
I believe in a God centered Holistic approach to healing because in my 28 years in the mental health field I have seen and experienced God heal in miraculous ways! It is important to know and understand psychological concepts and methods but that will only take you so far down the path of healing..at some point you will come to understand

It is important to know and understand psychological concepts and methods but that will only take you so far down the path of healing..at some point you will come to understand that you must LET GO of all the past sorrows and negative energy that is holding you back. Give it all to GOD for positive transformation in order to move forward and live in full peace, forgiveness, self-love and JOY! Holistic meaning: mind, body, heart, soul and spirit.
